JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join the Market Strategy & Enabler Management (MSEM) team in the Financial Services / Banking industry. The role focuses on creating value-add resources, documenting team processes, and ensuring accurate performance monitoring for business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new resources for the MSEM team, including digital enabler-specific system guidance and best practices.
- Collaborate with the MSEM team to document and update materials outlining team processes, including multiple job aids.
- Serve as lead in cross-functional meetings to ensure accuracy of performance monitoring dashboards leveraged by the MSEM team.
- Develop and implement strategies for department documentation management in SharePoint.
- Provide project management or additional support as needed for critical research initiatives.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in business, compliance, marketing, and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
