Location: Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid)Duration: 6 MonthsPay Rate: $36/hAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical eCommerce Planner to join the FH Operations team. This role will manage inventory and sales planning across a portfolio of FameHouse online stores, ensuring optimal stock levels, effective forecasting, and efficient lifecycle management for D2C products. The ideal candidate has strong forecasting and Excel skills, a background in eCommerce or the entertainment industry, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage inventory across a portfolio of FameHouse eCommerce stores, ensuring optimal stock levels and turnover.Review on-hand quantities and determine stock positions based on sell-through, seasonal trends, and artist product lifecycles.Forecast sales and inventory needs for core products based on historical data and growth projections.Recommend promotional or marketing strategies and determine lifecycle status for each SKU.Analyze SKU performance to recommend print-on-demand or buy decisions.Communicate inventory requirements to finance and production teams to ensure timely fulfillment.Identify and manage excess, obsolete, or underperforming inventory.Initiate purchase orders, obtain approvals, and oversee order completion with production and logistics teams.Provide visibility to stakeholders regarding incoming inventory and logistics timelines.Serve as the main point of contact for logistics and customer service teams on stock inquiries.Partner with internal production teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth order processing.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree required.Experience:2–4 years of general business experience, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.Minimum of 2 years of eCommerce experience in buying, planning, sales analysis, or forecasting.Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis, reporting).Experience managing data across multiple reporting systems.Knowledge of garment production processes is a plus.Core Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Highly organized with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong forecasting and collaboration skills.Adaptable to a dynamic and evolving commercial environment.General awareness and sensibility for music industry trends and artist brands.Company Description• Come get Swoon’d!! • Swoon handles the staffing need of over 80 Fortune 500 clients. • We have won Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in the Nation Award 6 years in a row. • Swoon was also awarded the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in the US from 2016 – 2020.
