What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Soccer Coach position at SWMO Rush Youth Academy?
SWMO Rush Soccer Club is recruiting coaches for our Youth Academy Spring season. We are looking for teachable, committed individuals who love working with children.
No experience coaching needed. We will train you!
We are hiring for two different positions:
1. Lead Coach
Responsibilities: arrive early to all practices and games, use provided curriculum during sessions, build relationships with players and families, all while keeping it fun!
Season Pay: $300 per team, for the full season. Opportunities to coach multiple teams and during the season
2. Practice Coach
Responsibilities: arrive early to all practices, assist with implementing provided curriculum during sessions, build relationships with players and families, all while keeping it fun!
Season Pay: $150 for one night a week for the full season or $300 for two nights a week for the full season
Fall Dates
U7-U8 season begins 8/17. U7-U8 have 9 practices and 8 games. Practice is weekly on Mondays 5:30-6:30. Games primarily on Saturdays.
U4-U6 season begins 9/1. U4-U6 have 8 practices and 6 games. Practice is weekly on Tuesdays 5:30-6:30. Games on Saturdays.
All sessions are held at Lake Country Soccer Complex.
