You will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction, and your expertise will help to foster long-lasting relationships with our clients. - Provide technical assistance with regards to computer hardware and software issues
- Provide on-site support as needed
- Resolve client challenges remotely via phone, chat or email
- Track customer issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Update and maintain client information or documentation in our systems
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT
- Previous Call center experience required
- Managed Service provider experience preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
