As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer accounts, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate invoicing. Your responsibilities will include tracking outstanding payments, contacting clients for follow-ups, and maintaining documentation of all receivable transactions. This position offers the chance to build your accounting skills within a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar finance role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with ERP accounting software, such as Acumatica, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Live within commuting distance to East Hanover, New Jersey.
