Pack’N Heat Products is a small Tampa-based company that produces shooting accessories and 2nd Amendment themed apparel. We were founded in 2012 with the mission to empower women to embrace their femininity while participating in shooting sports. We are most well-known for our hand-embellished Crystal Earmuffs. Our products are in fine guns stores and shooting ranges across the U.S., Switzerland, and Brazil! We are looking for a sociable and creative Sales & Social Media Manager who loves to develop and grow companies, social media engagement, and bling! This position will have you running the day-to-day operations for Pack’N Heat, as well as playing a pivotal role in elevating our brand and supporting the operations that fuel our growth.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Represent Pack’N Heat Products in a sales capacity at trade shows, promotional events, and through email/phone communications with current and prospective dealers.
- Manage and grow Pack’N Heat’s social media presence, including creating original content, posting, and promptly responding to customer and dealer inquiries.
- Lead the Crystal Earmuffs Embellishment process including recruiting and training embellishers, monitoring product quality, and managing the assembly, packing, and shipping of completed orders.
- Develop and maintain affiliate influencer program.
- Oversee shipping and fulfillment.
- Oversee general upkeep of the company website; collaborate with the web development team to guide design updates and feature improvements.
- Maintain adequate inventory of crystals and related supplies; place orders as needed to fulfill incoming purchase orders and support product development/testing.
- Record and review product inventories, inform purchaser of low stock products in need of re-order.
- Photograph and edit product images for the website and marketing materials. Create digital design proofs for custom product orders.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and events; including logistics, booth setup, merchandising, and on-site representation.
Requirements
- Passion for building brands and a proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- General knowledge and proficiency with Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator/Adobe InDesign
- Experience in creating social media content, graphic design, or photography
- Background in sales, grassroots campaigns or influencer marketing is preferred
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
- Availability to travel for trade shows, events, and dealer sales as needed
