What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for various IT equipment.
• Provide top-notch technical support to end-users, both remotely and on-site. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems to ensure peak performance.
• Assist in deploying new IT equipment and software.
• Keep detailed records of support requests and resolutions using our ticketing system.
• Collaborate with our IT team to develop and implement best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role (minimum 2 year experience). Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus. - A Certification is highly desired
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
