Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support SAP systems—including client copies, system refreshes, and environment setup for DEV, QA, and PROD.
- Oversee the Transport Management System (TMS), ensuring smooth and accurate movement of transports across landscapes.
- Perform system upgrades, support pack applications, patching, and kernel updates to ensure system security and compliance.
- Execute system performance tuning, monitoring, and analysis to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Manage SAP HANA, Oracle, and SQL Server databases, including monitoring, optimization, and maintenance tasks.
- Administer operating systems such as Linux, Unix, and Windows to support SAP environments.
- Perform backup and recovery processes and ensure data protection across SAP systems.
- Configure and manage SAP integrations, including RFC connections and third-party connectivity.
- Administer SAP BTP, including account/subaccount setup, service provisioning, SAP Integration Suite, and Cloud Connector configuration.
- Collaborate with project teams on QA and PROD cutover tasks and cross-train Tier 2 SAP teams.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP system configurations, procedures, and “best practices”.

Skills Required:
- SAP Basis administration experience including installation, configuration, system copies, and refresh activities.
- Experience in TMS, system upgrades, patching, and kernel maintenance.

- Strong skills in Linux/Unix/Windows OS environments.
- Strong documentation, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
