Job Title: SAP BI & Analytics Lead

Location: Dimondale, MI

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP BI & Analytics Lead to drive enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP BI, SAP HANA modeling, SAP Business Objects, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) with the ability to design, develop, and lead advanced reporting and data analytics initiatives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-performance analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP BI and analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain SAP HANA data models, views, and reporting structures.
• Build and manage reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using SAP Business Objects and SAP SAC.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability in SAP HANA.
• Provide leadership and guidance to BI developers and analytics teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across reporting platforms.
• Support integration of multiple data sources and enterprise reporting frameworks.
• Work on data access and integration using SDA replication process (good to have).
• Troubleshoot and resolve BI and reporting issues.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP BI (Business Intelligence)
• Expertise in SAP HANA Modeling and Reporting
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Objects
• Advanced experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Strong understanding of enterprise data warehousing and analytics architecture
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
