Key Responsibilities
- Apply project management expertise within the software industry, with deep knowledge of CLM and SCM applications—specifically Agiloft CLM.
- Manage client relationships and deliverables in both implementation and support settings, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Integrations, Operations, and Customer Success to maintain strong customer satisfaction.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Agiloft CLM, managing escalations and coordinating with Agiloft support or development teams for resolution.
- Facilitate communication between business users, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure transparency and timely updates.
- Leverage SOPs and runbooks to deliver first-level automation and resolution.
- Monitor transactional activities, proactively identify issues, and ensure timely ticket creation for advanced support.
- Maintain and update FAQs and documentation related to new releases and functionality.
- Conduct technical root cause analysis and document workarounds and impact assessments.
- Coordinate with Agiloft’s product team to resolve code-related issues and develop interim solutions for identified bugs.
- Support basic Agiloft functionalities including contract authoring, template management, and clause library usage.
- Follow business change control processes, including validation and testing activities.
