What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Coordinator position at SwitchBox?
Sales Coordinator
About SwitchBox
SwitchBox is an engineering services firm that helps customers design and build advanced mobility and electrification systems. Our teams work on electric and hybrid vehicles, battery systems, control software, embedded hardware, and related technologies for commercial, defense, and off road applications.
Role summary
The Sales Coordinator is an early career role focused on the operational and communication side of our sales efforts. You will keep our CRM and pipelines organized, build and maintain lead lists, support email campaigns, and help plan conferences and events. You will also help turn leadership ideas and technical notes into clear, customer ready emails and follow ups.
This is a non quota, non commission role that supports the sales and leadership team rather than closing deals directly. Technical or engineering background is a plus, but the most important traits are strong writing skills, high organization, and a willingness to learn the basics of our technology.
