The Mountain West’s premier ski delivery service, Skis on the Run, is hiring Backshop Managers for the upcoming ski season. Help lead a fun team who sets the standard for service and safety in the ski rental industry. We're looking for ski industry professionals with management experience who thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily team of Ski Technicians and Reservations Specialists
- Manage daily operations in the shop for in shop and delivery of rental equipment
- Driver schedule optimization
- Uphold and cultivate the culture and values of Skis on the Run
- Manage/track ski and snowboard equipment (damaged, lost equipment)
- Maintain equipment fleet
- Maintain vehicle fleet
- Work with Reservations Specialists to execute an efficient, successful schedule
- Oversee completion of the daily checklist Meet weekly with upper management and ownership
Requirements:
- 21 years of age
- Management or ski experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be comfortable driving in the snow
- Must live near Park City and have reliable transportation to work
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Enjoy working with other fun, driven people, and managing an incredible team
Flexible schedule needed (am & pm shifts); shifts range from 7:30 am -3:00 pm and 2:30 pm- 10:00 pm. Must be available weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays. With morning and evening shifts, you can easily ski or snowboard 3-5 days/week!
Salary : $20 - $22
