We are seeking an experienced, hands -on Engineering Manager / Director
for our premier growing precision machining organization. Our business
is once again scaling rapidly, as we produce mission critical components
for some of the worlds most recognizable OEMs in Defense, Medical and
other major markets. Reporting directly to the President & CEO and
serving as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role leads
Engineering, Estimating, and Quality functions. The Engineering Manager
is responsible for driving technical excellence, operational efficiency,
quality performance, vendor accountability, and continuous improvement
across the organization. Working closely with Operations, Finance, and
Sales, this leader will ensure accurate and competitive cost estimates,
robust manufacturing processes, and the consistent delivery of
high-quality products. Success in this role requires strong leadership,
project management, machining and manufacturing expertise (metal and
plastic), customer-facing communication skills, and a commitment to
operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced
environment, effectively manages multiple priorities, and brings a
strong sense of urgency and accountability. They are comfortable working
alongside frontline manufacturing teams, leading a small staff,
collaborating with key customers, and developing practical technical
solutions. As a senior leader, they will also support budgeting,
forecasting, KPI reporting, and Board of Directors presentations. This

Qualifications Bachelors Degree In Engineering Or Related Technical
discipline (or equivalent experience). 710 years of manufacturing /
component engineering experience with CNC background and or strong
familiarity. Leadership experience managing engineering, estimating,
quality, or technical teams. Firsthand knowledge of CNC machining,
tooling, fixturing, GD&T, blueprint reading, and manufacturing
processes. Experience with quoting, cost analysis, and manufacturing
planning. CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENT This position requires access to
information or technology that is subject to the International Traffic
in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
and/or other US government security regulations. These regulations do
