Provide onsite customer support and maintenance to customer site in Hutchins, TX. Perform day to day activities of automated material handling system at customer location. Responsibilities include maintaining advanced material handling equipment such as pallet stacker cranes, conveyors and robotics systems through performing preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, warranty service, and operator maintenance and user training. Provide support to customer through understanding of software used for WMS. Troubleshooting and error recovery of system for issues that are solved with SynQ, Cranebox and Conveyorbox. Conduct Training on SynQ, Cranebox and Conveyorbox. Create SOP’s and procedures for operations. Participate in ticket review meetings when on shift Complete administrative tasks such as Daily Service Reports and time entries in a timely fashion upon completion of training. Application Requirements What you need to succeed Essential Focus on software, data analysis and product flow. 1-3 years’ experience in a technical service environment inclusive of strong use of software systems, data analysis with use of Warehouse Management Systems in understanding product flow. Address problems and provide proactive solutions that quickly returns systems to an operational status. High level of motivation and sound work ethic Proven track record in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with the ability to be flexible and adapt well to change. Excellent verbal/written communications skills are required. Computer literate in all MS Office products, Ability to work independently Desirable 5 or more years’ experience in a technical service environment inclusive of strong use of software systems, data analysis with use of Warehouse Management Systems in understanding product flow. Understanding of warehouse management software products. Experience with warehouse or factory automation sub-system operations and maintenance. SAP/Sales Force experience a benefit.
