Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt)

About the Role

Swiss Woodcraft is seeking a CNC Programmer/Operator to join our growing team in Rittman. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in precision work, and values quality craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Process sheet goods for cabinet production
• Program and operate CNC machines and edge banding equipment to precise specifications
• Read and interpret measurements and production requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and high-quality output

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with wood
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• A minimum of 4 years operating and programming CNC machines and/or woodworking machinery
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe working area

Compensation

• Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) - $20 - $28 per hour

Experience:

• woodworking machinery: 3 years (Preferred)
• operating AND programming CNC machinery: 2 years (Preferred)
