WHAT YOU’LL BRING
· Valid RN license
· Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
· Experience in nursing management and leadership
· Strong knowledge of healthcare practices, standards, and regulations
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
· Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
· A genuine passion for caring for older adults
· A commitment to quality care, teamwork, and servant leadership
· A heart for people and a desire to make a difference
