We're looking for a Unit Turn & Project Manager who thrives on organization, accountability, and getting things done.
This isn't an administrative position.
You'll be responsible for managing multiple renovation and maintenance projects simultaneously, coordinating vendors, building scopes of work, controlling timelines and budgets, and making sure every property is move-in ready before it reaches our leasing team.

What You'll Do
• Manage vacant unit turns from move-out to market-ready
• Perform property inspections and create detailed scopes of work
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, maintenance technicians, and suppliers
• Obtain bids and review project costs
• Track multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Monitor quality and conduct final inspections before leasing
• Communicate with internal departments and ownership regarding project progress
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Ensure every completed unit meets Swiss PMG quality standards
