Swiss Millwork is a growing custom architectural millwork company specializing in luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, multifamily, and senior living projects throughout Florida.
We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Business Development, Sales & Marketing Manager to help accelerate our growth. This position is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, increasing brand awareness, and expanding our network of builders, architects, interior designers, developers, and general contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business development and sales strategies.
• Build relationships with luxury home builders, architects, designers, developers, property owners, and general contractors.
• Generate qualified leads and project opportunities.
• Schedule and attend meetings, networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
• Maintain and manage the company CRM and sales pipeline.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and bid opportunities.
• Develop marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and digital platforms.
• Manage social media presence and company branding.
• Coordinate project photography, portfolio development, and marketing materials.
• Identify upcoming projects and opportunities before they reach the bidding stage.
• Work directly with ownership to support the company’s growth strategy.
Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, construction, architecture, design, millwork, or related industries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn outreach, and digital marketing.
• Existing relationships within the South Florida construction and design community are highly desirable.
• Experience working with builders, architects, designers, or commercial contractors is a major plus.
Performance Goals:
• Generate new qualified leads monthly.
• Schedule meetings with target clients and strategic partners.
• Increase bid opportunities and proposal volume.
• Expand Swiss Millwork’s visibility and market presence throughout Florida.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $60,000 - $110,000 depending on experience
Performance Bonuses and Commissions Available
