We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a brand-new luxury apartment community in Abilene, Texas. Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the community.
- Manage leasing, renewals, and resident retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Market the community to maintain strong occupancy.
- Supervise office staff, maintenance personnel, and vendors.
- Coordinate make-readies and ensure apartments are move-in ready.
- Handle resident concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, rent collections, and delinquency.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure community standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous property management or multifamily housing experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience with property management software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
