Duties
- Greet prospective tenants warmly, providing detailed property tours and answering all questions with enthusiasm
- Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience
- Promote available units through upselling techniques, highlighting features that meet residents’ needs
- Maintain accurate data entry within property management software such as Yardi or OneSite, including lease details and resident information
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal standards
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address property upkeep issues and facilitate move-in/move-out procedures
- Handle conflict management professionally, resolving resident concerns promptly while maintaining positive relationships
- Prepare and organize leasing files, contracts, and legal documents with precision and confidentiality
- Market our property online and around town
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills combined with effective phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with a focus on upselling and negotiation to meet leasing goals
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
