The Head of Cargo US Midwest and Canada is responsible for :
- Ensures customer orientation to maintain a sustainable customer base
- Fosters Swiss WorldCargo’s reputation for quality and reliability
- Builds strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Selects, motivates, and develops management team and staff
- Leads Business Intelligence efforts, providing market insights and proposing new products
- Coordinates with Procurement to select efficient service providers and monitor quality
- Achieves qualitative and quantitative targets in assigned territory
- Executes regional and country strategies effectively
- Reaches targets from Customer and Staff surveys
- Takes decisions independently within assigned projects or tasks
- Ensures safety, security, and SMS compliance in the region
- Perform other tasks and / or projects, as assigned
