Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and Formulation development
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and executing innovative product solutions
- Demonstrated ability in Technology Transfer and optimizing manufacturing processes
- Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities
- Knowledge of FDA and international regulatory guidelines is a significant advantage
