The Senior Manager, Sales Enablement is responsible for serving as the central business lead connecting the Sales organization with key support functions, including Learning & Development, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product teams. This role ensures alignment across functions to deliver consistent tools, processes, and capabilities that enable effective sales execution to improve productivity and overall sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales enablement strategy aligned to commercial and sales goals
- Serve as liaison between Sales and support functions
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify capability gaps
- Translate business needs into enablement priorities
- Partner with L&D to define training needs and outcomes
- Ensure consistent alignment of tools, messaging, and processes
- Drive adoption of systems, tools, and processes across the field and account teams
- Support major commercial initiatives
- Monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional initiatives
- Develop and manage Sales onboarding programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in sales, sales operations, commercial strategy, or related functions
- Strong experience supporting or working within a field sales organization
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority
- Demonstrated experience translating business needs into actionable programs or solutions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational alignment skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with ability to leverage data to drive decisions
- Travel: Up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in consumer goods, regulated industries, or field-based sales environments
- Experience supporting sales transformation, go-to-market initiatives, or large-scale organizational changes
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and learning platforms
- Experience working across Learning & Development, Marketing, and Sales Operations functions
