Role Overview
The Creative Producer is a key content creation role. You’ll collaborate with our production team to develop, produce, and distribute a wide range of content, including documentary, comedy, and podcast formats.
You’ll have a hand in every step of the process: from brainstorming and scripting, to filming and editing, to integrating motion graphics and AI-generated visuals. This position is ideal for a creator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment and wants their work to make an impact.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the production team to create and deliver high-quality video content across multiple formats and platforms.
- Participate in all aspects of the creative process: writing, shooting, editing, and finishing.
- Design and integrate motion graphics and light visual effects as needed.
- Contribute to preproduction strategy, scheduling, budgeting, and asset organization.
- Incorporate AI-assisted tools and workflows to improve creative efficiency.
- Maintain organized project files and support consistent delivery standards.
- Assist with channel strategy, publishing, and audience engagement efforts.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional experience creating video content (agency, production house, or in-house creative team).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- Understanding of YouTube content strategy and best practices.
- Strong creative instincts with attention to storytelling, pacing, and tone.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Experience using generative or AI-based tools in the creative process.
- Knowledge of social video trends, particularly among Gen-Z audiences.
