Customer Service Representative (Technical Support & E-commerce)

As a family-owned e-commerce leader, we are growing fast and looking for a curious, patient problem-solver to join our close-knit Pennsauken team.
The Role: What You’ll Do
You will be the "face" of SWISCO, assisting approximately 60 customers a day across phone, email, and live chat.
- Hardware Identification: Help customers match their broken hardware with our catalog.
- Tech Support: Guide users through our website and explain how products install and function.
- Order Management: Navigate and place orders through our e-commerce platform.
- Collaborative Support: Work directly with our "parts experts" and senior staff to solve unique hardware puzzles.
What We’re Looking For
- The "People Person": You genuinely enjoy helping others and can turn a stressed caller into a happy customer.
- Adaptability: You thrive in a "small company" environment where you can wear many hats and have your voice heard.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills—you’ll be toggling between chat, email, and phone.
- Experience: 1-3 years of Customer Service, ideally in a call center enviroment. Previous experience in e-commerce or inventory control is a plus!
Hours & Benefits
- Stable Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No weekends!).

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
