Mental Health Technician
Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour
- Ensure youth are supervised (daily direct care) and provide a productive, safe environment for residents according to licensing and accreditation standards.
- Provide youth with leadership and lead groups.
- Be alert and respond therapeutically to aggressive behavior exhibited by residents.
- Monitor and manage youth in crisis situations by providing for safety and emotional needs using de-escalation techniques as trained.
- Complete all required documentation/incident reports timely and accurately.
- Attend all staff meetings and training.
- Over 21 years of age
Full-time, Part-time, PRN, all shifts, weekends
