What does a Field Sales Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Leads a team that promotes and develops Coca Cola brands within field level accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve volume targets for channel of business
- Achieve performance profit targets
- Train and develop account management team
- Manage and control expense budgets (human capital, products, waste and break)
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license required and Vehicle required
- 4 years experience in beverage, food or equivalent industry required
- 2 years previous experience in leadership role required
- 2 years merchandising or product delivery experience required or successfully completed Fast Forward Program (Internal trainee program) required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
