Schedule: Monday, Tuesday 8:30 AM to 7:00 pm and Wednesday, Friday 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM

What does a Service Technician do at Swire Coca Cola?
Visit customers in assigned geography to diagnose and repair moderate to highly complex Coca-Cola beverage equipment provided to customers for resale of Coca-Cola products. Equipment includes fountain beverage dispensers, coolers, and ancillary equipment. Visits (service orders) are generally scheduled through assigned dispatcher but can be technician generated proactively. Works under limited supervision .

What does a Service Technician do at Swire Coca Cola?
Visit customers in assigned geography to diagnose and repair moderate to highly complex Coca-Cola beverage equipment provided to customers for resale of Coca-Cola products. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose multiple types of complex fountain machine equipment ( e.g. B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine) to determine work, parts, and materials needed and make required repairs
- Travel to and from customer locations in assigned area
- Effective and appropriate interaction with customers, management, and associates
- Upon completion of service call, clean and sanitize equipment, clean work area
- By use of handheld device; document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) use for each activity
- Correctly check in and out equipment and materials (parts and supplies)
- Maintain accurate parts inventory ($30-$35K est. value). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma (or GED) required
- Ability to complete B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine, and Fundamental Skills certifications within 1 year from hire required
- CFC Refrigeration Certification preferred
- 2 years experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances required,
- 1 years beverage service technician (EFC, Fountain install, bottle/can reactive) experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
