Job Details:
This position is for a summer Internship from May 2026 – August 2026
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies Collaborate with the Line Structure Teams to carry forward and execute improvements
- Assist in analyzing line performance including run rates, scrap rates, unplanned and planned down times, and any other operational losses
- Identify 1-3 actions to reduce these losses and create a project charter and scope for each action
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Process, Chemical, or Industrial) or equivalent related program with a graduation date of Aug 2026 or later
