Responsibilities:
- Interact and built rapport with decision maker in each customer location. Place orders of product to be delivered maintaining inventory levels for consumers purchase.
- Ensure customer beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability are properly stocked, maintained and rotated.
- Sell new and promotional items and make plans for floor and cooler space with store decision maker, by working with retail managers at customer locations to promote the most sales revenue.
- Maintains back room/back stock areas in a safely accessible stack formation within the assigned storage area.
- Sell yearly Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) and ensure agreements are followed throughout the year.
- Interact with Delivery Merchandiser OFS to ensure that accounts are restocked and displays built in alignment with company standards and agreement with store decision maker.
- Organize and arrange for pickup/credit of product unfit for sale insuring that expired or damaged product is not sold to consumers.
- Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma (or GED) required or
- equivalent degree/certificate required
- Must be able to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on a IPhone and IPad devices.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
- Reliable form of transportation
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
