Junior Sales Associate | Merchant Services | Lead Generation
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Associate to join our Merchant Services team. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to launch a professional sales career while learning directly from a top-performing, seven-figure producer in the payments industry.
You’ll begin in a support and training role, learning how to use our systems, software, and programs to identify opportunities and close deals. This position offers hands-on mentorship, real earning potential, and a fast track for growth within the company.
What You’ll Do
· • Work directly alongside a top sales producer in the merchant services industry
· • Perform door-to-door sales and prospecting to identify new business opportunities
· • Assist with lead generation, cold calling, and follow-up communications
· • Support account setup, service activations, and client onboarding
· • Manage administrative tasks including paperwork, CRM updates, and scheduling
· • Help with product placement, installation coordination, and account management
· • Attend trainings, team meetings, and field visits to develop sales expertise
What We’re Looking For
· • Bachelor’s degree preferred
· • Bilingual (English/Spanish strongly preferred)
· • Excellent communication and people skills
· • Highly motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
· • Ability to work independently in the field and collaborate with a team
· • Fast learner with strong adaptability
· • Tech-savvy — must be comfortable using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
· • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
· • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
