- Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Stand up forklift experience required
- SAP experience preferred
- Good oral and written communications skills.
- Good computer skills required; Microsoft applications.
- General HVAC knowledge required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Under direct supervision, evaluates customers needs and makes product/service recommendations accordingly.
- Responsible ensuring proper stocking of Lennox-branded and other HVAC-related products and supplies.
- Assists in unloading products and deliveries.
- Effectively communicates features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
- Follows all safety, health and security and environmental standards.
