Salary: $68,900 - $97,325 base potential sales incentives/bonus

Schedule: Shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM MT based on business needs

We are seeking a Senior Workplace Planning Consultant for a direct-hire opportunity with our client in Denver. This role provides comprehensive retirement planning guidance and financial wellness education to participants in employer-sponsored retirement plans.

You'll work directly with customers to help them navigate important retirement decisions, understand their options, and identify strategies aligned with their financial goals. This position combines relationship management, financial education, consultative guidance, and sales in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Build and strengthen customer relationships through personalized, consultative service.
• Respond to retirement plan, policy, and account-related questions with professionalism, empathy, patience, and accuracy.
• Educate customers on retirement distribution, rollover, IRA, and plan-specific options.
• Help customers understand the benefits of participating in an employer-sponsored retirement plan or utilizing an IRA versus taking retirement assets as cash, including applicable tax considerations.
• Provide education and guidance regarding available distribution options to help retain retirement assets.
• Conduct both inbound and outbound customer interactions and proactively follow up on customer needs.
• Guide customers through retirement-planning decisions and help identify appropriate solutions based on their individual circumstances.
• Partner with colleagues across the organization to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Leverage available tools and resources to identify appropriate retirement-planning strategies.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience during every interaction.
• Meet established monthly and annual sales and service objectives.
• Work onsite in the Denver office.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 2 years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, wealth management, or an advisory environment.
• Demonstrated success in a sales or consultative environment.
• Strong understanding of IRAs, retirement investment products/services, and qualified retirement plans.
• Excellent communication, listening, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling challenging situations and interacting with customers on a daily basis.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to quickly learn new recordkeeping and customer relationship management systems.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63 and 65) registrations required.
• FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire.

Compensation and Schedule

The base salary range for this position is $68,900 - $97,325, depending on factors such as geographic location, experience, education, licensing, and skill level.

This is a sales-eligible position and may include sales incentives and/or bonus opportunities. Total compensation may exceed the base salary range based on individual performance.

The role is exempt and is not eligible for overtime pay. Operating hours are between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM Mountain Time, with shifts assigned based on business needs.
