As a Research Engagement Coordinator, you will act as a liaison between internal/external clients and the Gartner Expert community to help address clients' most pressing technology and business questions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule research interviews.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for members and prospective companies regarding research projects.
- Ensure the CRM database (Salesforce.com) contains accurate account details, contact information, and notes related to research interview requests.
- Provide research support across a variety of projects.
- Maintain project dashboards to ensure clear, accurate visibility into project ownership, progress, and next steps.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability.
- Completed Bachelor's degree.
