Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Recruiter to join our fast-paced staffing team in Cypress, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates in positions across multiple industries, including manufacturing, warehouse, light industrial, and administrative roles.

This position requires strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to manage high-volume recruiting demands while meeting daily and weekly performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and placement.
• Recruit candidates for high-volume light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and administrative positions.
• Utilize job boards, social media, recruiting platforms, and other sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and availability.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Coordinate interviews, job offers, onboarding, and start dates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Communicate regularly with candidates, hiring managers, and internal team members.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly recruiting KPIs, including calls, interviews, submittals, placements, and fill rates.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure successful job placements and retention.
• Support hiring events, job fairs, and other recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting or staffing industry experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, or light industrial positions is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Experience using Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and conducting phone screenings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work 100% onsite, Monday through Friday, in Cypress, TX 77429.
