- Experience within packaging/food products industry
- Prior HACCP experience
- Knowledge of SAP
- Understanding of FDA regulation
- Perform daily record reviews to ensure all quality and regulatory requirements are met
- Conduct daily food sensory evaluations
- Manage quality and food safety production holds and product release
- Deliver food safety and quality training to facility team members
- Partner with production to resolve out-of-specification issues and product holds
- Perform routine audits of HACCP documentation and processes
- Collect routine microbiological swab samples
- Conduct pre-operational line inspections
- Provide guidance to quality assurance technicians, team managers, and line leads (no direct reports)
- Routinely climb and lift up to 50 lb boxes in a multi-climate environment
