Project Manager - Content Operations

Hybrid | Bentonville, AR | Full-Time

We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support content operations and serve as a key liaison between Content, Marketing, Product, Catalog, and Software teams. This role will oversee content release timelines, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure product launches, campaigns, and digital experiences are delivered on time and with accuracy.

Pay: $38 - $42 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines and content release schedules across web and digital platforms
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure content, product, and marketing initiatives launch on schedule
• Track project dependencies, deliverables, approvals, and milestones
• Maintain content calendars and communicate key launch dates and updates to stakeholders
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and launch readiness reviews
• Monitor risks, identify potential delays, and escalate issues when needed
• Coordinate creative asset delivery and ensure content meets quality standards
• Manage intake requests, change requests, and workflow processes
• Support continuous improvement of project management tools, processes, and documentation
• Assist with post-launch reviews and project performance assessments
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of project coordination, project management, or content operations experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Project Management certification or willingness to obtain certification preferred
• Experience supporting digital content, e-commerce, marketing, or product launches is a plus
