Job Description:

We are Hiring Immediately for a Production position!

We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a potential Assistant Shipping Manager. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing shipping and receiving operations
• Support production and warehouse teams as needed
• Operate and load/unload box trucks safely and efficiently
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness in all shipping documentation and inventory handling
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
• Box truck driving experience is required (valid driver's license a must)
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with occasional extended hours as needed)

Compensation: Starting at $17.50/hour, with opportunities for advancement
