Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document best practices and standard operating procedures for process applications
- Create and lead training programs for field representatives
- Support troubleshooting and audits at customer sites
- Design and provide tools for field teams to improve customer support
- Serve as a recognized technical leader in process treatment for the oil & gas industry
- Actively participate in professional organizations
- Analyze upgrading, crude, and finished fuel product markets to develop actionable growth strategies
- Collaborate with field teams to understand customer needs and competitive landscape
- Conduct SWOT analyses of industry segments, customers, and sites to enhance offerings
- Partner with Product Line Managers on product catalog and pricing strategies
- Develop field collateral to support sales and customer engagement
- Manage new product development with R&D and other functional groups, from ideation to commercialization
- Facilitate knowledge sharing through CORE database
- Coordinate global cadences with process-focused teams (sales, marketing, R&D, and technical)
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering, Chemistry, or Biology
- Minimum 10 years of experience in crude/fuel process treatment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong financial acumen to align recommendations with company P&L and market goals
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites (approx. 50% or more)
