PER DIEM ICU RNs are needed in Charleston!

Requirements:
2 year of MS experience
Active license
Current BLS, ACLS
Epic Experience Required
2 clinical references, at least 1 leadership reference from assignments within the last year Epic Experience required
Floating will be required
Preferred Experience:
Previous Charge Experience
Teaching Hospital Experience
Trauma Level 1 and 2
Required Skills:
Telemetry - remote monitoring
Use of Rapid Response/Code teams
IV insulin protocols
Bowel obstruction
Colostomy/ileostomy management/care
Feeding tube care and management
Blood Product Administration
Peripheral Line Care/Management
Phlebotomy
Starting and maintaining IVs
Insulin
Surgical drains
Nasal Cannula
Oral suctioning
Oxygen administration
Oxygen tanks
Tracheostomy care/management
Isolation Precautions/PPE
Shift Details:
12 hours shifts
0700-1930
Orientation:
1 - 8 hour general orientation to be scheduled on Mondays. This will cover general hospital policies, receive badge, obtain system access, and review unit layout
Additional Details:

Medication Systems : Pyxis, Accudose, Omnicell
Scrub Color: Royal Blue
Patient Ratio: 1:2-3
Age Group : Adults
Unit accepts 1st time travelers
Separation Period: 6 months
