Onsite Manager

BILINGUAL ONSITE SUPERVISOR (2nd Shift)

West Jordan, UT 84081

Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:30 pm - 12 am some weekends

Wage: $24/hr benefit plans offered

Must Haves:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Must be flexible in availability. We will most likely work the person (12-9) Schedule may be subject to change during busy times of the year.
• Must be willing to answer emails and make phone calls in the evening and days off as things come up and the customer will contact them.
• Good communication skills. We must have someone comfortable with being professional and transparent. This is very important to the customer. Also good people skills as we want to be transparent but don't want someone blunt and rude. There is always a correct way to communicate hard topics.
• Candidates must have some sort of experience in staffing. Whether that is recruiting or On Site experience. This position requires that the On Site recruits as well as does their on site responsibilities.
• Candidates must be knowledgeable with computers. Everything we do is on line. We use Google sheets a lot but also use Excel documents.

On Site responsibilities:

• On Site will come in at the time of shift start any days that we have new associates starting so they can get the associate comfortable with where time clocks are and breakroom is etc..
• On site will maintain all employee records for both SVMS and Swipejobs.
• Maintain an accurate assignment roster and ensure all assignments are accurate at all times in both Swipejobs and SVMS
• Maintain accurate orders in Swipejobs. Orders will be opened in SVMS by the customer it is then up to the on Site to make sure orders are Open/ closed accordingly in Swipejobs Desktop
• On Site is responsible for all Onboarding paperwork and training required by the client for new starts and then additional training and yearly re- trainings assigned to each associate by the client. They will conduct orientations, ensure all documents are filled out properly, and then upload to the SVMS profile of each associate.
• Assist associates and clients with any issues they may have
• Ensure daily that all associates have clocked in at the beginning of shift and then out at the end of their shifts. On Site will verify any questions about a time card with the employee's supervisor before making changes to timecards.
• On Site is also responsible for submitting timecards at the end of each week so that supervisors can approve the employee's timecard for the week.
