Job Title: Onsite Coordinator
Location: Onsite at Client Facility - Waller TX 77484
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (10AM - 7PM)
Position Summary
The Onsite Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between the staffing agency, client, and temporary workforce. This role is responsible for employee onboarding, attendance tracking, workforce management, employee relations, and ensuring exceptional customer service to both clients and associates. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced
environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between the client, temporary employees, and staffing agency.
- Manage daily attendance, call-offs, tardiness, and shift coverage.
- Ensure employees complete all required documentation and compliance requirements.
- Perform regular floor walks and employee check-ins to maintain engagement and productivity.
- Address employee concerns, questions, and workplace issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs, and reports.
- Coordinate staffing needs with recruiters and account managers.
- Assist with workforce planning and scheduling to meet client production demands.
- Monitor employee performance and communicate feedback to agency management.
- Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with client and agency policies.
- Facilitate employee recognition and retention programs.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly workforce reports.
Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, or workforce management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with employees and clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
