- Be a trusted advisor: Support leaders and employees with expert guidance on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations
- Drive talent strategy: Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts
- Strengthen culture: Maintain a visible presence on the production floor, fostering engagement and a positive, high-performance environment
- Support compliance and operations: Ensure adherence to employment laws, manage HRIS data, and support payroll and benefits administration
- Develop talent: Partner with leadership to identify training needs and support employee growth initiatives
- Leverage data: Analyze HR metrics to improve processes and drive informed decision-making
- 4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Strong background in employee relations, recruiting, and performance management
- Experience in manufacturing or high-tech environments highly preferred
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Paylocity) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
