Responsibilities:
- Ability to fix minor plumbing issues
- Able to fix minior electrical, change out light bulbs or ??office lighting
- Repalce soap and toilet paper dispensers
- Fix ice machines
- Able to put up wallboards, install shelving, put furtniture together
- Patch holes, painting walls and applying finishing touches
- Effectively communicate with client staff
