- Review customer correspondence and enter repair details, codes, and comments into the system.
- Identify required parts, labor, symptom codes, and pricing to generate accurate estimates.
- Inspect watches for damage, battery/energy cell status, movement function, and overall condition.
- Open case backs as needed; charge Eco-Drive models and test basic functions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
- Strong attention to detail; watch knowledge a plus; willingness to learn.
