What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
- Accurately enter fabrication and custom order details
- Assist with inventory management and material stocking
- Handle POS transactions, invoicing, quoting, and general store tasks
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally
- Openness to learning how to operate a sit-down forklift (training provided by client)
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new software (POS systems, email, task manager, basic drawing tools like CorelDRAW)
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
