Under general supervision, the associate will evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate product and service recommendations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handling customer phone calls and counter orders
- Managing freight flow, including shipping and receiving of products
- Placing and maintaining replenishment orders
- Performing housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Ensuring proper stocking of Lennox-branded and other HVAC-related products and supplies
- Assisting with unloading deliveries and products
- Communicating product features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers
- Ensuring warranties are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Performing open and close procedures as required
- Following all safety, health, security, and environmental standards
- Completing all other store-assigned duties as needed
- Must have experience operating a Crown Electric sit-down forklift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience required
- Preferred: 3-5 years of customer service experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of HVAC systems required
