- Previous experience in bulk plant, warehouse, or oilfield operations
- Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment maintenance skills
- Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations (HSE compliance)
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions and job programs
- Proficiency in basic math for measurements and material calculations
- Experience with inventory management and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor or industrial environments
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or on-call shifts
- Deliver safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers
- Prepare, blend, and mix bulk products accurately and on schedule
- Verify and calculate required material quantities before loading
- Follow quality assurance procedures for all product handling
- Coordinate product movement with logistics and operations teams
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation
- Label, store, and dispose of materials in compliance with safety standards
- Inspect and maintain bulk plant equipment and ensure cleanliness
- Participate in risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives
- Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and wear required PPE
- Assist in training new operators and trainees on procedures and safety practices
