Job Description
We are looking for a Full-time back office phone receptionist for our busy dermatology medical practice, Swinyer - Woseth Dermatology. Our goal is to provide excellent care to all of our patients and offer a friendly atmosphere for our staff.
The hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Starting salary is $17/hr or higher depending on your experience. We pay 80% of the premium for medical insurance after 3 months of employment. After 6 months you will qualify for paid vacation and free cosmetic treatments.
Responsibilities
Must be able to handle a large call volume, organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Duties include answering incoming calls, and scheduling appointments. This list is not all comprehensive and you may be required to do other tasks as a receptionist.
You will be working at our Salt Lake City clinic. At least one year of medical receptionist experience is preferred but not required.
