We are hiring a Seasonal Golf Shop Attendant to provide excellent customer service and support daily golf shop operations during the golf season. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist golfers with check-in and questions
- Schedule tee times and answer phone calls
- Process payments for golf services, rentals, and merchandise
- Follow cash-handling, opening, and closing procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized golf shop
- Restock merchandise and rental equipment as needed
- Assist with tournaments and special events
- Address minor customer concerns and report issues to management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Basic math and cash-handling skills required
- Knowledge of golf is a plus but not required
- Reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
